15 Minutes...Catch up with my friends........

15 minutes is a cafe whereby I chanced upon during my google-ing of dining places. I like 15minutes because it's got the "back to school" feel. After entering the working society, it's always good to enter the school campus to refresh your school days memories.

As i read from their main site(http://www.15minutes.com.sg/), 15 minues is a café designed to serve good food, good music and good art. The café lives up to its name by being the platform for all creative people seeking their 15 Minutes of fame.The cafe revolves around the theme "friendship" through its design, services and cultures.

A place which is somewhat different but yet with a cozy environment to have delicacies with affordable prices.

There is a stage for "live" band on Friday and Saturday after 8.30pm. The "live" band performance you can check on their online webbie. Experience a band that is "youthful"

There is a "bar" counter like??? House pour @$5 nett.


School day food menu? Do you have a feeling like you are back to school with all the papers? HAHA... Their menu resembles a assignment booklet. =PP

Wow!! Their food are at reasonable and highly affordable prices.





Nine Fried Chicken....
This taste normal. Nothing very special though.

Oriental Duck Pizza. This is great!!! A must-eat pizza over at 15minutes.

Similar to the duck pizza at Timbre. But.... this is more tasty and can "see and feel" the duck in your mouth. The one at timbre only can feel the taste of the crust but not the duck... This pizza looks small but is considerable cheap at the price it charged. I love it!!!

Can't remember the name exactly... Think it's prawn and mushroom aglio olio. This is a dissapointing main course... Tasteless. The only + point is that it had alot of prawns. The 1st prawn aglio olio that i came across with so many prawns.

The chef Burger... Nice!!! the beef is tender....

This is some sausage main course... This is 1 of the best main course that i love alot among those that we ordered. Although this dish looks western but it taste more of western mixed indian. The rice with the red minced meat sauce when mixed together tasted like nasi brayani. Nice nasi brayani...=)) hahaha...
We also tried their fish and chip but I've not taken the picture for their fish and chip. The fish and chip is very soft. However, it could be better if it's not that soft. Too soft taste becomes soggy and not "soft".
5 main course+2 side dish+1 drink = ~$110+ (Quite affordable).... We ate until so fulll......
After dinning, we decide to have desert!!!! Went to selegie to eat bean curd. It's not the best bean curd in Singapore but yet it's one of the nicest near Bugis. =))

After food-ing....Time for some FUN!!!! @Play Nation.........

Played Guitar Hero!!! I'm the drumer... But I think i truely sux at that. Always missed the note!!!haha...But i really tried hard to follow the note... I'm not sure if it's user problem or the drum instrument have some issue...There are always time where i hit the drum but it did not response at all =((

After the Guitar hero...all of us kinda of "Bored"... Change game!!!! Woohoo... Changed to "Wii Party". Finally a game to keep us alive!!! The fun starts to kick in. There is a simple bored game in Wii party which looks kind of stupid and boring at the start but as you carry on...it get's addictive.

After all the fun... everyone gets exhausted and finally all of us cab home!!! A fun day after work... =))

1. Able to make data voice call to your friends. It's quite stable when comparing to Viber and Tango.



2. Limited Privacy - Able to you and your friends to know messages had been read but not to the extent of each other's status. There will be a "read" icon indication next to message that is being read.
   I do not really like whatsapp because you will get to see the "online" stautus which i feel its invading my privacy.



3. Friends who had uninstall the app will not appear in your friend list.

1. Sharing of MMS is slower then Whatapp. Frequent failure of sending MMS during 1st try. Need to resend again to get the MMS across. =((



2. The "read" icon indication is slightly lag. But you wont notice this unless you are next to your friend. So this isn't a big deal!!!

Overall, I love this app alot. Good messaging and calling platform. Fun and cute App.

The Princess-es...

I Love to take photos!!! Friends, surroundings especially 自拍！！！=)) If there's a chance how I wish i'm a photographer. Can snaps all the nice things in the world.

Beautiful pictures are snapshots of nice memory and events all over. Even if you can't travel you can go through photos to see the world.. Share with people. Isn't that a great things? Footprints of different people and cultures. It's like entering the story of other people... Can see and indirectly participate in someone's life. It's great!!!

Having a smartphone makes photo taking even more addictive and interesting. Pictures can be snap anytime and anywhere... You can add effects and decorate the pictures to enhance them. Add in your creativity juice!!!

Gold and Diamond Contact Lenses

The following is a article which i came across online. I think it's cool!!! Not only teeth can be made of gold... Contact lens can too!!! Wonder how's the feel of having a contact lens made of diamond and gold in your eyes? Your eyes really go blink blink ?

The article is as followed:

An optometrist from the Shekhar Eye Research Center in India has developed the world’s first contact lenses made with gold and diamonds.

Valued at $15,000, the sparkly contact lenses are oxygen permeable and can be customized for vision correction.
The contact lenses weigh about 500 milligrams and are available in four designs: white gold, yellow gold, 18 diamonds on white gold and 18 diamonds on yellow gold.

The creator, Dr. Chandrashekhar Chawan, says he was inspired by his wife’s cosmetic dentistry procedure to have diamonds planted on her teeth.

Made of Chandra Boston Scleral lenses, the contacts are designed so that the diamonds and gold do not touch the cornea of the eye. The lenses hold water in front of the cornea for comfort. Usually used for corneal irregularities, scleral contacts are large in diameter and rest on the sclera, or the white of the eye.

The company plans to make only 3,996 lenses as part of the La SER Jewelry collection. Profits from the lenses will benefit people suffering from Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, a skin disease that can affect tear glands and lead to vision loss.

Got 2 perfume as birthday present this year. Marina Blue is one of them. One of the new perfume brand carried by SASA. SASA is a place where you be able to find almost every beauty things from comestc, nails to perfume. All along I knew SASA carried perfume, but didn't know they would carry a brand that is NICHE and SPECIAL.

Simply love this brand because of the princessy image it projected to me. The name "Princesse Marina De Bourbon" with the princessy Tiara, make it a young, princessy and unique brand in Singapore. A brand which is not commonly heard. Something that is NEW to capture your attention.

Marina Blue was bornt in 2011

The delicate composition starts with fresh fruit cocktail (lemon, pear, green apple and melon), its soft heart blooms with freesia, lily-of-the-valley, violet, lotus. Watery nuances keep flowers fresh. Base notes include cedar wood, ambrox and musk. The fragrance is lightly coloured in BABY blue.

The Marina Blue of MINE. =))
4 to 5 sprays will be able to bring out the scent of Marina BLUEEEE..... I love the scent because its's something light and refreshing. Not those very sweety kind which i personally disliked. The combinations of the various fruits and flowers makes the scents unqiue. One which is not common in the market. Some perfume you experience the scent is similar to a brand but this is not.
Not, only does it come in nice packaging and also unique, elegant scent. It's long lasting. The strong scent can last about 5hours in office temperature and becoming lighter thereafter.

Princess Marina De Bourdon do come with GENT's scent.But I'm not sure Singapore where can we get it. This will need to be further explored. However, the Gent's Bottle is not as fanciful as the ladies. I guess all Gent's fragrance do not have fanciful bottles.
The other ladies fragrances which i'm attracted to is "Pink Princesse". I guess it's something close in comparison with "Blue Marina" since it's also a combination mix of Fruits and floral scent-The Blue AND The Pink. I'll need to check out in SASA persoanally to see if they do carry this fragance too. This may be another attractive BUY too, either present or for self.

In the album, the song "說不哭" is a heart breaking and sad song. A song that touches deep down into your heart. The song is to describe a past failed relationship where she was 2 timed and after recovery her sincere blessing for them. The lyrics and tune is AWESOME!!! The whole song is awesome just that the MV quality can be further improved.

IPPUDO Ramen@Mandarin Gallery

The Famous Japanese Ramen at Mandarin Gallery-IPPUDO. IPPUDO is located at #04-02/03/04 of Mandarin Gallery.

I've been there for 2 consecutive Fridays. Last Friday, I was there at about 8+PM. The Queue was so long+I'm very hungry. I can't afford to wait as much longer. Thus, I've changed my mind to dine at Tonkatsu Ma Maison instead.

This Friday. Here, I'm at IPPUDO again. This time it's 7.30PM. The Queue is still long as usual.My friend, Benmin was still telling me. "How can a QUEUE be more then 1/2 hr?"

But after Queuing, he started to believe it's a long QUEUE. Everyone who are "NEW" to IPPUDO may not know that the queue is actually an extension of a hidden queue from the restaurant itself...SO!!! You got to start queuing earlier to prevent from suffering from hunger. OR simply go at off-peak hour.

So Crowded...

After 1hr+ of waiting time. Finally got seated, and get hold of the menu to choose my main course.

Adding of 1 Flavored egg cost $2. Quite Costly.

No. 10 on the menu - KARAKA TAMAGO

The ramen noodles that is used in IPPUDO is slightly different from other Japanese restaurant. Overall the taste of the ramen is great!!! However, the ingredients in the remen is quite little. Mine, just with some small minced pork/pork slice with a Flavored egg.

The Queuing time is long but the serving time is short. The food are served fast. Ironically, the time I spent in the restaurant (Serving time+consuming time)is shorter then the time i took to queue =X
